On-site engineer support

Whether you need a full day on-site engineer support once a week or an hour here and there, we can help.  You have the choice of a full range of service level agreements with retainers tailored to your needs or choose a pay-as-you-go, ad-hoc service.

An experienced engineer will attend at your premises at a time agreed by you to resolve IT problems, set up new equipment or anything else IT related.

Help Desk – Telephone, Email and Remote Access Support

We can offer a fully managed help desk service to compliment your on-site engineer support or as a standalone package.

This gives you the reassurance that should an incident occur you have instant access to the help desk to get support.  If it can be resolved over the phone, by email or by us remotely accessing your computer, we will fix it there and then.  No costly call out charges and no waiting until your IT engineer is next on-site.

The help desk can be combined with retainer packages if you want the reassurance of having an IT engineer on-site within a specified, contractual time should the issue require an on-site visit.

Server Maintenance and Resolution

We offer server maintenance contracts and retainers so that if your server stops working (and hence your whole network) you know that our team will be working to resolve it and will be on-site within the contracted time.

This is offered as a separate entity as often customers want a higher level retainer on their server and save money by having a longer response time for their other IT equipment.

Networking

Data Cabling

Your cabling projects will be in safe hands.  We offer cat5 and cat6 cabling installations at competitive prices with guarantees.  With years of experience in this field, you can be assured that the work will be completed in a timely and cost effective manner.

However, unlike data cabling companies, our team can also configure the network switches and get the network working rather than you having to deal with a separate contractor.

IT purchases and installation

With established relationships with the main manufacturers and distributors, we can offer you the full range of IT, AV and networking hardware at competitive prices.  We are not tied to any manufacturer and so are completely independent to offer you impartial advice with our recommendations based on what you need.  We can also supply you with software and licences for a range of products.
